Cockt-ale with Surfine !

Do you already know our Surfine? This saison beer has a slightly bitter taste. This touch will match perfectly with the green touch of a good Gin. Add to this recipe a violets syrup to wake the Surfine’s floral aromas and you will have a refreshing and balanced cockt-ale!

Ingredients :

  • 10 ml violets syrup
  • Ice
  • 20 ml of Gin
  • 1/3 of Surfine (110ml)

The recipe :

  • Shed 20ml of Gin in a cocktail Glass
  • Drop then the ice in you Gin
  • Shed the 10ml of violets syrup
  • Fill the glass with the Surfine

Like the Surfine will be open and that there is still beer inside, you will have two possibilities in front of you : invite two friends to taste the cockt-ale with you or finish the bottle by yourself and appreciate its fruity aromas. Citrus is the predominant note but there are flowery touches, reinforced by impressions of herbs and pepper.You were warned : Surfine much more than a saison !
