The Dubuisson Brewery puts its 250 years of history, passion and know-how at the service of its beers. This is how it has built a varied range of beers, suitable for different tasting moments and answering the pleasures of all beer lovers!
With the Bush range, it offers pure tasting beers. Whether it is the Bush Caractère, the Bush Triple or the Bush de Noël, each of them has a strong personality. This is also the case for the Surfine, which is unanimously appreciated by connoisseurs, and for the beers matured in oak barrels. Finally, the Dubuisson range also includes festive beers such as Pêche Mel’Bush, Fram’Bush, Rasta Trolls and Cuvée des Trolls.
Created in 2025, Lowa Trolls joins the Trolls range alongside Cuvée des Trolls and Rasta Trolls.
This filtered alcohol-free* blonde beer remains complex nonetheless. It is brewed from a blend of malts, hops (including Motueka) added during boiling, sugar, water, and a specific yeast. It has a hoppy character complemented by floral, citrus, and zesty notes.
The use of a specific yeast combined with a so-called “slow” fermentation places this beer in the “alcohol-free” category with an alcohol content of 0.3%, while preserving a rich array of flavors.
Brasserie Dubuisson has taken on the challenge of creating a 100% natural alcohol-free beer while respecting the traditional brewing process, without compensating with sugar or sweeteners. It was essential for Brasserie Dubuisson to uphold its expertise and craftsmanship, even in the creation of an alcohol-free beer.
*Belgian legislation defines a beer as “alcohol-free” if its alcohol content is below 0.5%.

Lowa Trolls displays a beautiful bright blonde hue, accompanied by a creamy, sparkling white foam.
On the nose, it reveals a hoppy character with floral notes complemented by hints of citrus and zest.
On the palate, a lingering bitterness blends with a slight sweetness, subtly masked by well-balanced acidity. The barely perceptible biscuit malt brings a softness and roundness that perfectly harmonizes the overall profile.

Las cervezas de hoy: Cuvée ded Trolls y Rasta Trolls
Son elaboradas por la Cervecería Dubuisson, la cervecería más antigua de Valonia, creada en 1769 por Joseph Leroy, abuelo materno de Hugues Dubuisson, gerente actual. Tiene raíces y valores muy profundos, lo que le da un carácter auténtico del que pocas cervecerías pueden enorgullecerse.
Cuvée des Trolls: nació en el año 2000 en las bodegas de la micro-cervecería “Le Brasse-Temps” fundada por la Brasserie Dubuisson en Lovaina la Nueva. Es una cerveza rubia no filtrada y, por lo tanto, con un aspecto naturalmente turbio.
Elaborada exclusivamente a partir de malta, lúpulo, azúcar y agua. El uso de cáscaras de naranjas secas durante la ebullición le otorga un aroma afrutado de los más agradables, que se combina muy bien con un sabor redondo y refinado.
Sus aromas muy puros y frescos de frutas blancas y amarillas, junto con toques de cítricos (mandarina) y de flor de miel, le conceden una linda diversidad aromática. Tiene un sabor amplio en boca, afrutado, muy poco amargo, con cuerpo medio pero correctamente equilibrado.
Rasta Trolls: Elaborada en 2018, la Rasta Trolls es una Cuvée de Trolls con aromas naturales a ron oscuro. Es la cerveza por excelencia para relajarse, súper refrescante. Se debe tomar en su botella verde escarchada. Ya que es una cerveza para relajarse. Su lema es Don’t worry, beer happy 😉
Exhibe un color rubio pajizo. Además de los aromas básicos de la Cuvée des Trolls (frutos amarillos y blancos, cítricos), se desprenden notas de manzana verde y de ron oscuro 🍏🥃 Para los aficionados, una hoja de menta aportará una pizca de frescura adicional. Presenta un buen balance en boca entre suavidad y una ligera acidez.
